By Car
From the M4:
- Leave the M4 at junction 13, and follow signs to Chieveley, taking care not to join the A34 north towards Oxford.
- Leave the A34 at the first junction signposted Chieveley.
- At the end of the slip road, turn left onto Graces Lane.
- Continue for 1/3 mile then turn left after The Red Lion onto School Road.
- After about 1 mile turn left and continues for 3 quarters of a mile, then turns sharp right onto the B4494 and continues for about ½ mile.
- The Crab at Chieveley will be on your right.
From the Robin Hood Roundabout:
- Follow signs to the A4 Hungerford.
- Take the next turning left off the roundabout after the fire station.
- Continue for 1 mile and at the roundabout, leave at the 3rd exit right onto Oxford Road/B4494 (signposted Wantage).
- At the mini roundabout, head straight over.
- After about 1.5 miles, at the roundabout, take the first exit left, signposted Wantage.
- Continue for approximately 4.5 miles, and The Crab will be on your right-hand side.
